Education:
Adrian M. Lapas received his B.A. degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1990. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Wake Forest University in 1993. Attorney Lapas is licensed to practice before the trial and appellate courts of North Carolina and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
